Buyer Guide | How to Buy Raiders Tickets Securely TBH TIX

• Keep Allegiant Silver and Black!!! – Buyers are verified Raider fans only!!!
• Buyers’ tix fees are based on the verification process they choose to join. For example, Verified Fans pay a 15% fee, Premier Fans pay an 13% fee, and members of The Black Hole pay a 10% fee. No other fees will be charged on top of your membership fee. Period!!
• Choose the Raider game you want to attend, select your seats from the available Sellers within the TBH Tix Portal.
• All tix are sold by Raider season or single game tix holders. As such, prices are set by them, not TBH Tix. This site is a tix exchange to support Raider fans only.
• The TBH Tix Portal is a live marketplace and tix sold are committed to the first completed purchase.
• Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are acceptable forms of secure payment.
• Upon the purchase of your tix, you will receive an email alert from TBH Tix that will include instructions for you to electronically accept the tix from the Seller’s TicketMaster account.
• Buyers will confirm with TBH Tix that they have received their purchased tix by clicking the “Tix Received” button in their dashboard. If not checked timely, a delay may occur in the completion of the transaction.
• If Buyers DO NOT confirm receipt of tix (by checking the “Tix Received” box) within 72 hours of purchase via Buyer’s account on the Site, the purchase tix will be assumed received for final sale pending proof of the transfer confirmation email sent by Seller to the email provided by Buyer.
• TBH Tix offers limited Buyer Protection* (see below) to ensure you receive the exact tix you purchased. TBH Tix Buyer Protection guarantees a full refund if the TBH Tix Seller does not transfer the exact sold tix that were purchased on the Site within the timelines stated.
• You must have an active TicketMaster account to receive your electronic tix. It is strongly advised that you use the same email address that you used to open your TBH Tix account.
• The TBH Tix Seller will have a 12-hour window to transfer the tix within Raider TicketMaster to your TicketMaster registered email. Contact TBH Tix support at (support@tbhtix.com) to start a Buyer Protection inquiry if this transfer window has been exceeded.
• TBH Tix portal/exchange will close 24 hours before game time for each game to ensure timely Seller tix transfer and Buyer tix receipt.
• Once you have clicked the “Tix Received” box and the Seller has clicked the “Tix Sent” box, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and No REFUNDS will be issued!! Please double check your seats validity BEFORE you click the “Tix Received” box.

*TBH Tix Buyer Protection

TBH Tix will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect Buyers from any fraudulent or illegal activity. TBH Tix will guarantee you a full refund of the purchased tix you bought if the Seller does not transfer such tix or cannot provide proof of the tix transfer to the Buyer’s correct email address. Seller is responsible to transfer your tix within 12 hours of sale.

TBH Tix will hold the Sellers funds for up to three (3) business days to make sure the Buyer has clicked the “Tix Received” box. If after three (3) business days and the TBH Tix Buyer HAS NOT clicked the “Tix Received” box and TBH Tix Seller has provided proof of a correct Raider TicketMaster email transfer in their TBH Tix Seller Site, funds shall be disbursed to Seller. All sales are FINAL- and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
